Dear G.U.M.,

Making a difference is a struggle in today’s society and all who genuinely try to do so should be recognised and motivated. The site, I know, has been down for a while now and I know you have other things to do—very important things.

I would just like to tell you that what you have done and are doing is to be respected, encouraged and admired. Hope to see some of your writings soon.

Keep the good work up.

I satiated your site with complete awe. Thank you for having a site that's worthy of my time. We need young men like you out there to represent the Guyanese community (in a most objective and forthright manner) to the world and even to the Guyanese folks who've made it their duty to participate in and embrace "cultural clash" in its entirety.

As a young woman who's path in life is about to begin, I have very glad to know that there are Guyanese folks out there who think on a broad spectrum. It gives me great privilege each day to realize I am a Guyanese, as I embrace my duties as a woman, sister, daughter, friend and student.

Keep up the excellent work and thank you once again.

hello,
i can say nothing but thank you for such a motivating e-mail. it makes me very happy to know that there are persons out there whose thinking surpasses the boundaries of stereotype.
i have so much respect for those who define themselves by what they truly are, and not by what they're pressured to be.
i wish you strength in all your travels. thank you.
